Wunderlee Arts, 924 Whalley Avenue, is an arts and music center founded in 1998. Owner Don Wunderlee explains "I wanted to house under one roof the three areas of work that I had been doing over the last 25 years." That work included painting, music and puppetry.

"At Wunderlee Arts I could display and sell my paintings and the works of emerging artists in the gallery but also the space is big enough for me to give bass and guitar lessons and offer puppet-making and art lessons too. We hope to add photography soon."

Since the grand opening in 1998 Wunderlee Arts has exhibited paintings and sculptures by emerging artists from Connecticut, California, Maine and Minnesota. Wunderlee Arts prides itself on offering exciting pieces at affordable prices. There will be a master workshop for children in the Art of Puppetry this summer and there is ongoing registration for music lessons.
