Possibly the hardest of all mediums to work with is watercolour, it is the most unforgiving of paints, although that is not evident in the selection on this site.
Vivien has a natural feel for her subjects. Her work shows depth, humility and warmth, but most importantly, she shows her love for the subject and her respect for painting.

| The Gallery opens up in a new window, this shows Internet Explorer (IE) that it is a "safe" site and all the generated Web Gallery pages are "sandboxed". Otherwise you would get annoying security warnings each time you try to view the Web Gallery after you generate it locally on your machine. The consequence though is that once you are in the Web Gallery, IE "protects" you by preventing any linking to files outside the "sandbox". For other browser users there is no such security concern, but the Gallery still opens up in a new window. To return to this page simply close the new window. |
