I'm passionate about words, and have always been a hungry reader. I've sharpened my writing tools on poetry, having read it for 15 years and written it for the past 10 years. I'm published in many poetry magazines and on the internet, and am currently looking for a publisher for my first collection.

I also write fiction and am working on my third novel. You can get a taster of the first two in the writing section.

Previously I spent 7 years working for a large corporation as a coach and a trainer. I have also worked at a refuge for abused women, a women's information centre and at a counselling charity.

I currently live happily in Reading in the UK with my partner and my two cats, Silver and Fatty.
