I live in Staffordshire, where I work as support for people who have mental health problems.

I have been writing, mainly poetry for 20 years. My work has been placed in many UK small press magazines including: Outposts, Poetry Nottingham, Pennine Platform, Weyfarers, Sepia, Poetry Monthly, Raw Edge, The Third Half, Monkey Kettle, Fire ect.

I've also been lucky enough to place work at many E zines including: Poetry Kit, Art Councils Poetry Worm, Snakeskin, Limestone, Bonfire ect. I read at least one book of poetry a month and my favourite poet has to be Philip Larkin.
